Most in-stock items are despatched within 1 UK business day. Delivery options and estimated timescales are confirmed by our team after you submit an order enquiry, since no payment or automatic dispatch happens on this website.

International orders

We can ship to a number of destinations outside the UK. Please contact us before ordering if you need parts shipped internationally, as extra documentation or charges may apply.

Returns

If a part isn’t right for your application, get in touch within 30 days of receiving your order and we’ll advise on returning it. Items should be unused and in their original packaging.

Faulty items

If an item arrives damaged or faulty, contact us with your order details and photos where possible, and we’ll arrange a replacement or refund.
